Policy
When booking a session, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Thank you.
Minimum age / CRB
Vocalists must be 8+.
I have an up-to-date CRB – an independent check and certification to ensure that I am suitable to work with children.
Cancelling/rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling. Payment is required upon booking – a payment link will be sent. Your session is secured once this payment is received; otherwise, the slot may go.
Directions
Directions to the studio will be provided after payment.
On the day
There is no waiting area at the studios.
Please ask me for information on where you can wait should you wish to do so.
Vocalists are required to be dropped off and picked up (minors).
Please arrive promptly for sessions and be collected promptly due to the nature of timeslots.
Please inform me ASAP of any unforeseen late runnings.
